Talk the talk

I was trying internet chat with people in us yesterday - using skype and google talk. I cannot stop appreciating the beauty of the simplicity of the google talk gui in comparison to any other chat program. Though the voice clarity is OK, but the background hiss still remains...
Good to use these talk programs to keep everyone of us connected! Makes perfect sense to me... and to Graham Bell, who invented the 'telephone" of the past.
